Tree Trimming Time
Tree Trimming Time
Anyone who owns a home that has trees knows that if left unattended trees can get out of hand. The tree's roots and branches will continue to grow and grow. They cover your yard, completely blocking it from sunlight which can kill your grass. If the tree limbs get too big and bulky, they are liable to snap and cause property damage. Also, if the trees get large and out of control they can get into power lines or damage your house. As a homeowner, you cannot allow this to occur. So, when the branches do start to get out of control, you have to go out and trim the limbs off of the tree. This is a task that will no doubt leave you with a bunch of downed branches that you must drag to the side of the road and wait for bulk pick up to take away.
A Better Solution
Throwing all of that wood away really seems like a waste. It could be used for firewood. Unfortunately, the wood is to green and will not be able to be burned for at least a year. There is, however, another option that the wood can be used for. That is mulch. All of that wood can be chipped into excellent top mulch for your yard. How are you to do this? Widdle it away with your pocket knife? No of course not. You need a wood chipper. A wood chipper will condense all of that lumber into useable mulch. So it will get rid of the mess, and give you a usable bi-product. The woodchipper is the best all-around solution for the homeowner that has just trimmed all of the trees.
